Truvani is a health and wellness brand committed to transparency and sustainability. They are seeking a Junior eCommerce Data Analyst to leverage analytics platforms and backend eCommerce data to drive digital business growth through insights and reporting.

Responsibilities

Be in charge of manually updating reports for overall Direct to Consumer results, as well as reports for new customer acquisition, internal promotions, re-purchase rate, and lifetime value

Report to the VP of e-Commerce, giving opportunities of website and advertising improvement

Monitor, analyze, and report on customer satisfaction and related consumer driven metrics

Work with internal teams to advance key reporting tools and deploy relevant analytics reporting dashboards, highlighting key insights and areas of importance in accordance with business goals

Updating google sheets with metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis from exported Excel sheets, as well as Advertising Platforms, Analytics Platforms, and backend Shopify

Meet with the VP of e-Commerce on a weekly basis

Manage our Analytics Pipeline

Build custom dashboards using our Analytics Tech Stack
