Responsibilities

Lead account management for enterprise clients, with a specific focus on cybersecurity and SIEM solutions
Drive customer satisfaction by understanding and responding to client needs, especially in the context of cybersecurity threats and SIEM utilization
Manage the renewal process and identify upsell opportunities, leveraging your expertise in cybersecurity and SIEM technologies
Serve as a cybersecurity advisor to clients, guiding them in optimizing their use of Securonix solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales Engineering and Customer Success, to ensure effective account support and growth
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and advancements in cybersecurity and SIEM technologies

Required

At least 5 -10 years of experience in cyber security sales and enterprise account management, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in SIEM
Minimum 5 years of Cybersecurity sales experience in the UAE or Saudi Arabian market
Proven track record of hitting revenue targets and developing and managing key accounts in the enterprise security software sector
A strong track record selling to SOC teams at enterprise organizations
Familiarity with SIEM products and enterprise use cases
Outstanding consultative sales and relationship-building skills
Willingness to learn and quickly adapt to new challenges in a rapidly evolving cybersecurity landscape
Ability to travel up to 25% for client meetings and engagements
