The ideal candidate will combine compassionate storytelling with biblical truth to create a manuscript that resonates with readers' experiences.

Responsibilities
Research, outline, and write a full-length manuscript (50,000-75,000 word book) on infertility from a biblical perspective
Weave together theology, Scripture, encouragement, and practical application with sensitivity to readers’ lived experiences
Incorporate stories, examples, and applications that resonate with women in various infertility journeys (e.g., miscarriage, long-term infertility, secondary infertility, waiting, etc.)
Collaborate with the editorial team for feedback and revisions
Ensure theological alignment with The Daily Grace Co.’s doctrinal commitments
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred; studies in theology, Bible, English, humanities, or journalism preferred
Comprehensive understanding of covenant theology
An understanding of biblical theology and how all of Scripture points to Jesus
Ability to make deep theological truths accessible to a broad audience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with the writing and editing process
Organized and self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines
Comfortable with collaborative writing and constructive feedback
