Responsibilities

Underwrite and analyze new loan originations, renewals, modifications, and annual reviews

Monitor loan performance, borrower financials, and market conditions to assess portfolio health and maintain accurate risk ratings

Partner with Relationship Managers and Credit teams to structure deals that meet client needs while protecting the bank’s interests

Conduct due diligence and ensure compliance with credit policies and regulations

Participate in loan approval discussions and present credit recommendations as needed

Contribute to portfolio management strategies, identifying opportunities to enhance profitability and mitigate risk

Mentor junior portfolio managers and support their professional development

Represent Associated Bank at community and industry events to strengthen visibility and build relationships
