Urbane Systems is seeking a US IT Staffing Sales Executive / BDM to generate and maintain significant annual revenue while building long-term relationships with clients. The role involves extensive market research, client onboarding, and managing staffing services from sourcing to fulfillment.

Responsibilities
Generate and maintain $2-3 million in annual revenue
Maintain a minimum of 5 billing customers
Research, Identify, contact and onboard new direct Fortune 500 customers
Extensive market research experience to identify prospective client and maintain a target client list
Arrange business/client meetings with prospective clients and effectively present/communicate our services
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Manage end to end staffing services from job sourcing to fulfillment
Coordinate and manage off-shore Recruitment/Delivery Teams
Achieve staffing services Objectives and reach Gross Revenue/Margin goals
Prepare reports for all activity on a daily weekly and monthly basis
Qualification
Required
7+ years of IT Staffing sales experience to mid-to-large companies
Must have hands-on experience in market research to generate new leads
Bachelor's degree in business or management
Excellent communication and presentation skills. Comfortable presenting services and reports to C-level executives and Prospective clients
Must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter and team player
