Responsibilities

As the LHA/LHD C5ISRT Project Manager you are responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of LHA/LPD C5ISR projects. This role ensures that all program goals are met while maintaining adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards

Lead and manage LHA/LPD C5ISR projects from initiation to completion

Develop project plans including scope, timeline, resources, and budget

Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful delivery

Coordinate and oversee cross-functional teams, providing clear direction and support

Foster a collaborative work environment to achieve project objectives

Conduct regular team meetings to review project status and resolve issues

Act as the primary point of contact between project teams and stakeholders

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other key stakeholders

Ensure clear and consistent communication regarding project status, risks, and outcomes

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies

Implement quality control measures to ensure project outcomes meet specified standards

Conduct project evaluations and post-project reviews to promote continuous improvement
