Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring clear and consistent communication

Gather client requirements and provide a structured debrief to the internal team

Prepare Profit and Loss (P&L) statements, assess costs, and manage the budget to align with the project brief, supporting the sales team in generating accurate quotations

Develop and implement proposal operations while ensuring compliance with the allocated budget

Present proposals to clients, address operational inquiries, and provide strategic recommendations

Allocate financial resources to teams and coordinate advance payment requests

Prepare comprehensive operational briefs and essential on-site documentation

Lead and oversee the on-ground team to ensure seamless execution

Supervise event operations and ensure all aspects are successfully implemented

Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle

Compile and present a detailed post-event summary report
