Responsibilities
Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to FPA team and management
Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting
Assist with the annual and monthly budgeting and forecasting processes
Develop models that help with decision-making as needed
Provide support to Accounting team during month end close as needed to ensure accurate accounting treatment and reporting
Will be required to work occasionally outside of standard working hours or at weekends during budget/reforecast periods
Perform ad hoc requests in support of business partners
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis, accounting, or other related fields
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Strong working knowledge of Excel and financial modeling
Familiarity with ERP systems and budgeting/planning tools (e.g., TM1, SAP)
Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem solving skills
Attention to accuracy and detail required
Preferred
CPA, CMA, CFA or MBA a plus
