Sales Manager (DACH)

As a Sales Manager (DACH), you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and building relationships with IT decision-makers across the DACH region, managing the full sales cycle from first contact to close.

Responsibilities

Drive new business opportunities with end customers across the DACH region, owning the full sales process
Build and nurture long-term relationships with IT decision-makers and senior stakeholders
Represent Impossible Cloud’s values, integrity, sovereignty, speed, and customer obsession in every conversation
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience from first contact to post-sale success
Act as the voice of the customer, sharing feedback and insights that shape our go-to-market strategy

Qualification

Required

Native or near-native German speaker with excellent communication skills in German and English
Proven track record in cloud sales in the DACH region
You've successfully sold technology or cloud solutions to end customers and are motivated by creating real impact
Your bring top sales achievements e.g. President Club award
You're equally comfortable engaging with technical experts and C-level executives
Strategic thinking with strong execution ability: You set ambitious goals and deliver on them
Entrepreneurial mindset, ownership, bias for action. You're comfortable working in a fast-growth, scaling environment
