Responsibilities

Own day to day setup and onboarding of new partners

Manage business reporting to meet both internal and external requirements

Liaise with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, marketing, etc.) to identify new levers to drive incremental growth

Evaluate potential partners to ensure optimal selection and source new potential deals

Drive process improvement efforts and work to identify gaps/inefficiencies in internal workflows and standardize processes to make workflows more efficient

Support the Content Acquisition Team in deal negotiations to drive operational improvements

Collaborate across pan-regional sports initiatives across Amazon

Required

5+ years of account management, business development, content licensing or finance experience

Knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Google docs and sheets

Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

Experience leading process improvement, systems development, and project management

Ability to work across cross-functional teams, communicate with colleagues in both business and technical roles, and develop processes that drives scale

Preferred

Experience in an account management, licensing or business development role

Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations

Experience and/or deep interest in sports business or AVOD properties
