Responsibilities
Collaborate across multiple teams to interpret loan documentation for accurate processing of new deals
Coordinate principal and fee-related closing payments
Gather all required documentation prior to deal closing, working with Transaction Coordinators and other partners
Manage and prioritize a pipeline of assigned transactions
Reconcile exception reports related to recently closed transactions
Analyse amendments to existing agreements and communicate changes to account managers
Provide accurate data while maintaining a low-quality control error rate
Qualification
Required
3-6 years of experience in commercial loan operations; consideration given to recent graduates with relevant degrees
Experience with Loan IQ is highly preferred
Strong Excel skills
Syndicated loan experience is extremely preferred
Background in finance or accounting; degrees in these fields are targeted for new graduates
Residential loan or mortgage banking experience is not applicable
Ability to mentor junior team members as needed
