CentraCare – Monticello is looking for a dedicated Radiologic Technologist to join our team. In this role, you will perform a variety of imaging modalities to assist in diagnosing diseases and injuries while ensuring patient safety and collaborating with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of imaging modalities, including general x-ray, fluoroscopy, and CT to assist in diagnosing diseases and injuries
Ensure patient safety by reviewing pertinent information, such as medical history and lab values, and following proper radiation safety protocols
Assess patient conditions before administering contrast media, ensuring accurate positioning and technique to capture the necessary images
Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and nurses to provide high-quality care
Communicate clearly with patients, explaining procedures and offering discharge instructions as needed
Maintain accurate records, participate in departmental quality assurance, and contribute to ongoing process improvements

Qualification

Radiologic TechnologyARRT certificationBasic Life Support (BLS)

Required

Graduate of a Radiologic Technology program from an accredited school
ARRT certification
Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider card required upon start
