Business Development Manager
MIGSO-PCUBED is a global powerhouse in project management consulting based in New York, seeking a Senior Business Development Manager. The role involves expanding the client base, leading teams, and managing profit centers to ensure operational success and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
You’ll be expanding our client base faster than New Yorkers swipe their MetroCard's. Use your savvy to turn prospects into long-term partners, offering solutions that even the most seasoned CEOs will high-five you for
Build, grow, and dominate—basically, you’ll be the superhero our clients didn’t know they needed
This isn’t just managing, it’s mentoring. Partner with our rockstar Talent Acquisition Team to hire top talent, then lead your squad like the Avengers
Foster your team’s potential with all the wisdom you’ve gained from those 5-10 years of experience. In other words, you’re their Yoda (but with cooler business cards)
Keep our projects running like a well-oiled machine. Collaborate with consultants and Delivery Managers to make sure we’re hitting all the right notes—revenue, profitability, client satisfaction, and maybe even world domination (too far?)
Qualification
Required
At least a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or something equally impressive
5-10 years of experience in business development, account management, or consulting
Experience in leading teams and coaching people
Ability to thrive on hitting targets, building teams, and solving complex problems
Experience in profit center management and collaboration with consultants and Delivery Managers
Preferred
Project management experience
