Lead the growth and success of Mount Sinai Solution's direct to customer business by leading our product development
Build and manage our clinical products to meet market needs and stay up to date with current health care trends
Productize our specialty care, population health, and customer service assets into health care service offerings that offer the best customer value in the market
Conduct market assessment
Perform health care data analytics
Handle product pricing and forecasting
Conduct patient journey mapping
Engage in clinical model research
Oversee reporting and performance monitoring
Work in partnerships with our Customer and Operations teams to ensure we are meeting customer needs and optimizing our operations success through efficient and smart product builds
Qualification
Required
Experience in product development within the healthcare industry
Strong understanding of market assessment and health care data analytics
Proven ability to manage product pricing and forecasting
Experience in patient journey mapping and clinical model research
Ability to report and monitor performance metrics
Strong leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
Demonstrated ability to improve the status quo
Preferred
Experience with specialty care and population health products
Familiarity with direct contracting models in healthcare
Experience working with senior leadership and key stakeholders
Knowledge of innovative clinical product development
