Responsibilities
Lead and support the design and implementation of connectivity solutions between TMS platforms, ERPs, and banking partners
Configure and maintain bank communication channels (SWIFT, Host-to-Host, APIs, SFTP, EBICS, etc.)
Manage and validate file formats such as ISO 20022 XML, MT messages, and proprietary bank formats
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders — Treasury, IT, and Banks — to define connectivity requirements and ensure successful delivery
Oversee end-to-end integration testing, including file transmission, acknowledgments, and payment confirmations
Support TMS implementation projects, including configuration, data migration, and interface development
Provide guidance on treasury best practices for connectivity, automation, and cash visibility
Troubleshoot connectivity issues and coordinate with vendors or bank technical teams to resolve them
Document connectivity architecture, procedures, and technical mappings for ongoing maintenance and compliance
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in treasury technology, with at least 2 full-cycle TMS implementations (e.g., Kyriba, FIS Integrity, GTreasury, SAP Treasury, ION, etc.)
Proven experience managing bank integrations and payment connectivity projects
Lead and support the design and implementation of connectivity solutions between TMS platforms, ERPs, and banking partners
Configure and maintain bank communication channels (SWIFT, Host-to-Host, APIs, SFTP, EBICS, etc.)

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
Preferred
Experience with cash management and payment factory setups
Familiarity with cloud-based treasury solutions and SaaS integration models
Understanding of treasury compliance and bank security protocols
Strong understanding of file transmission protocols, encryption methods, and digital certificates
Hands-on experience with SWIFT Alliance Lite2, Host-to-Host, or API connectivity
Working knowledge of ERP-to-TMS integration (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.)
