Proficiency in drafting Pleadings and Motions
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Paralegal certification or equivalent work experience
Proficiency in legal software and MS Office applications
Preferred
Previous experience in personal injury or child sexual abuse litigation is a plus
