Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables
Partner with security, IT, and business stakeholders to define scope and priorities
Oversee project execution across IAM and security workstreams, ensuring alignment to business and compliance goals
Track progress, report status, and manage dependencies across teams
Ensure adherence to regulatory and security compliance requirements

Required

Proven experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager

Agile certification (CSM, SAFe, or equivalent) a MUST
