Responsibilities

Get to know the TMHCC Surety Group team, get up to speed on our systems, surety underwriting policies, procedures and philosophy, and internal resources

Establish and build agency relationships, manage the underwriting of a contract and commercial surety book of business

Develop business objectives, implement strategies to grow the regional surety business

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, a related field, or the equivalent education and/or experience

Minimum of three years of relevant and progressive underwriting experience - including with contract surety bonds - that includes a strong working knowledge of state laws and operating procedures
