Responsibilities
Get to know the TMHCC Surety Group team, get up to speed on our systems, surety underwriting policies, procedures and philosophy, and internal resources
Establish and build agency relationships, manage the regional underwriting of commercial surety bonds
Develop business objectives, implement strategies to grow the regional surety business
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, a related field, or the equivalent education and/or experience
Collaborative, team-first perspective
Excellent analytical and documentation skills
Keen eye for accuracy, details, thoroughness
Customer service mindset – responsive with external customers and internal colleagues
