Support process improvement, data analysis, and client experience optimization
Collaborate closely with operations leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
Analyze workflows to identify efficiencies and areas for enhancement
Support strategic projects that enhance client service and streamline operations to improve satisfaction
Perform additional duties and contribute to projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a degree program at an accredited university
Advancing to their junior year of study
Pursuing a degree in Finance, Mortgage Industry, Business, Analytics, Operations Management, or a related field
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly document processes and insights
Demonstrated interest in client experience, operations, and continuous improvement
Preferred
Experience with SQL, Tableau, or Power BI
