Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a small technical team (three junior to mid-level developers)
Take ownership of and optimize the tech stack that serves millions worldwide
Work closely with the product manager, CEO/CTO, and designer to enhance the user experience
Implement and maintain scalable backend solutions that make a difference
Play a key role in continuous improvement and innovation within the team
Qualification
Required
Ability to work within the UK timezone
Proficient in AWS services such as S3, DynamoDB, EC2, CloudFront, and SQS
Experience with Stripe APIs
Comfortable with DevOps practices
5+ years of backend development experience using ReactJS, NodeJS (Express), DynamoDB
