Responsibilities
Responds to customer inquiries regarding product selection, placement of orders, requests for pricing and quotations, scheduling deliveries and installations, addressing complaints, and providing customer follow-ups
Advises, assists, and actively upsells all customers on complimentary products above and beyond the original order
Travels to other branches as needed to provide sales counter back-up
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
One year of sales and/or customer service experience
Preferred
Plumbing sales experience preferred
