Responsibilities
Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and internal data to create competitive and profitable pricing models
Evaluate historical and current shipment data to recommend rate adjustments that improve margins and enhance competitiveness
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to prepare accurate and timely responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and bids
Develop cost models that reflect operational expenses and service requirements, ensuring alignment with profitability goals
Conduct research on competitors, industry benchmarks, and regional trends to maintain competitive pricing
Generate reports and dashboards to communicate pricing performance, trends, and opportunities to leadership and stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in pricing analysis, transportation, or logistics (LTL experience strongly preferred)
Preferred
LTL experience strongly preferred
