A strong and collaborative leader who can guide SoC/System architects, profile and optimize GPU workloads, and influence design decisions across AI and HPC infrastructure
Define long-term GPU performance and optimization roadmaps
Identify and mitigate workload bottlenecks in compute, memory, and interconnects
Partner with architects on next-gen GPU and framework design
Develop new optimization methods (custom kernels, fusion, distributed computing)
Align with product, business, and research teams
Promote technical excellence and performance-first engineering

Preferred

Deep expertise in GPU architecture, parallel computing, and performance profiling
Proven leadership in guiding large engineering teams
Strong communication with executives, technical teams, and stakeholders
Knowledge of large-scale AI/HPC systems, multi-node GPU clusters, and memory hierarchies
