New Grad, Entry LevelQuantic Electronics is a manufacturer specializing in precision instruments, and they are seeking an Electronics Assembler. The role involves mechanical and electrical assembly of small components, soldering, and following instructions to create highly reliable instruments.

Responsibilities
Solder components and wires to PWB assemblies
Build cabling
Assembling & wiring test boxes
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Able to pass requirements to be certified to MIL, NASA and/or J-STD level after training
Must be able to work under a microscope
Ability and willingness to periodically work with hazardous chemicals in a controlled environment
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, prints, and electronic schematics
Able to identify electrical components such as resistors, diodes, capacitors, LEDs and transistors
Must have good manual dexterity and the ability to work with very small parts
Pays attention to detail
Willing to perform repetitive tasks while sitting or standing for extended periods of time
Willing to work overtime and/or weekends as required
Preferred
Circuit board soldering experience is a plus
Be familiar with general assembly procedures
