hireneXus is a fast-growing facilities services company seeking a Director of Sales – Commercial to lead regional growth initiatives and expand market share across the Northeast. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading commercial sales efforts, designing market-specific strategies, and building a high-performing sales team focused on relationship-driven growth.

Lead and scale commercial sales efforts across multiple Northeast territories
Design and execute market-specific strategies to drive revenue with property management firms, building owners, and facility executives
Build, coach, and lead a high-performing sales team focused on consultative, solution-based selling
Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and strategic partners
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market intelligence and competitive analysis
Work cross-functionally with marketing and operations to align go-to-market strategy with service delivery
Manage sales performance, pipeline forecasting, and accountability across the team through effective use of CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot, or similar)
Qualification
Required
8+ years of B2B sales experience, including 3+ years in a commercial sales leadership role
Proven success selling to property managers, real estate owners, and facilities leaders
Demonstrated ability to penetrate new markets, secure enterprise-level contracts, and scale revenue
Strong leadership and coaching capabilities with a focus on team performance and accountability
Excellent relationship-building, communication, and strategic planning skills
Data-driven and execution-focused with a passion for delivering results
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA a plus
