Account Executive - AI Decision Intelligence Platform
Andiamo is a fast-growing technology firm developing advanced AI and data visualization platforms. They are seeking a Sales Account Executive to drive the full sales cycle and develop relationships within the Federal and Defense sectors, focusing on AI-driven solutions for the Department of Defense and Federal Civilian agencies.

Responsibilities
Drive the Full Sales Cycle: Manage every stage—from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and close. Maintain a robust pipeline and exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals
Strategic Account Ownership: Design and execute penetration strategies for key DoD agencies and commands. Identify critical mission needs and align solutions to address operational challenges in readiness, sustainment, and logistics
Trusted Advisor: Build meaningful relationships with program managers, acquisition leads, and decision-makers. Offer consultative guidance rooted in mission understanding and technology expertise
Mission-Driven Solution Selling: Tailor proposals to address areas such as: Aircraft, ship, and ground vehicle readiness and sustainment. Medical force preparedness and equipment availability. Material warehousing, supply chain optimization, and logistics automation
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, and marketing teams to deliver powerful demonstrations, proposals, and RFI/RFP responses that clearly articulate value and differentiation
Market Expertise: Stay informed on Federal acquisition processes, defense modernization initiatives, and emerging trends in AI and data analytics to maintain a competitive edge
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying Federal sales role, ideally within the DoD or Federal Civilian sectors
Proven track record selling enterprise software, AI/ML platforms, data analytics, or other complex technology solutions
Ability to manage long, consultative sales cycles and navigate government procurement channels
Exceptional communication and presentation skills—able to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences
Entrepreneurial drive with the discipline to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Preferred
Established relationships within DoD logistics, sustainment, or readiness communities (e.g., NAVSUP, AFMC, AMC, or MAJCOMs)
Knowledge of Federal contracting vehicles and acquisition frameworks
Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC/MEDPIC or Challenger
Active or obtainable security clearance
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
