They are seeking a Title Agent with deep expertise in courthouse records and land title history to support a large-scale solar development program, requiring extensive title research experience and the ability to work independently while meeting tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Pull and examine title from the courthouse, not just online databases

Run complex chains of title, from patent to present

Interpret and analyze deed language, probate records, and ownership history

Compile accurate runsheets and ownership reports per client specifications

Organize all supporting documentation with extreme attention to detail

Work independently while meeting tight deadlines

Qualification

Required

Extensive title research experience in courthouse settings

Ability to interpret a wide variety of deeds, conveyance types, and probate matters

Skilled in building chain of title and ownership reports from scratch

Experience with or ability to quickly learn deed plotting software

Extremely tech-savvy and detail-obsessed

Must have an active LLC and reliable transportation

Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the U.S

Preferred

Preferably based in Oregon; surrounding states considered for top candidates
