Responsibilities

Reports to the General Manager of Government Programs
Responsible for supporting overall management and performance of contracts IAW the PWS/SoW
Serves as the primary focal point for program status’ on behalf of the General Manager
Ensures CDRL Management, Program Management Reviews (PMR), and associated staff functions, such as MIS/IT management, are completed and standardized
Supports identification and achievement of program cost targets and financial goals
Manages task priorities, short-notice suspense, operational constraints, and other potential impacts to maintain deadlines and schedule requirements
Manages subcontractors when/where required to ensure compliant completion of subcontract obligations
Provides daily supervision and direction to any assigned staff
Responsible for complying with all safety and compliance regulations
Travel is required
All other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) or Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from four-year College or university; or ten (10)+ years related experience
Minimum of seven + (7) years of experience in aerospace logistics, maintenance or supply chain, with exposure to military operating environments
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred

Prior experience with the Department of Defense and Foreign Military Sales contracts
PMP certificate or similar academic program management credential or background
