Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the training journey
OEM power and control circuit design and interpretation
Knowledge of ABB’s portfolio of electrical products and solutions
Pre-training: Develop materials, coordinate logistics, and tailor content to audience needs
Training delivery: Facilitate in-person and virtual sessions with clarity, confidence, and technical depth
Post-training: Gather feedback, assess effectiveness, and continuously improve content

Required

Associates degree in engineering, business administration or related field
Deep knowledge of electrical systems, panel schedules, and OEM circuit design
3+ years of experience in technical instruction or training delivery
Strong communication and presentation skills
Self-sufficiency and motivation—you take initiative and own your outcomes
Willingness to travel up to 50% across North America
Ability to work independently from any location
