Facility Security Officer (FSO)
Nightwing Intelligence Solutions is a provider of advanced cyber and intelligence mission support services. The Facility Security Officer (FSO) is responsible for implementing the industrial security program and ensuring compliance with security requirements while administering personnel security clearances for Intelligence Community programs.

Responsibilities
Implementing the industrial security program
Ensuring company and customer security requirements are met
Interface with all levels of Nightwing personnel and government management personnel to ensure contract security compliance
Conduct security self-inspections
Apply risk mitigation methodologies
Support customer assessments
Implement security measures to meet requirements
Make critical security decisions concerning high value contracts
Implement security procedures that will prevent unauthorized access to company and government facilities or information
Administering of Personnel Security Clearances for Intelligence Community programs
Assisting employees in completing required security paperwork
Processing security clearance actions, reinvestigations, updates, initial submissions, and polygraph coordination
Maintain internal company databases for the tracking of security action information
Maintain daily coordination with USG and external customers to implement regulated policy
Administer day-to-day security programs: personnel processing, program reviews, document control system, audits & self-inspections, violation investigations & reports, receipt/dispatch/destruction/mail logs, visit certs, etc
Creating and conducting initial security briefings, debriefings, indoctrinations, pre/post foreign travel briefings and refresher briefings
Develop and establish an effective security awareness, training, and education program
Qualification
Required
Self-starter with ability to work independently, customer service orientated
Commitment to security - creating and delivering the highest value to customers
Be able to interpret company and government security policies and apply them to program operations
Provide clear guidance to company employees, and recommend modifications to operations policies or procedures as appropriate
Thorough working knowledge of the NISPOM, other relevant DoD security guidance as well as the Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) standards
Proficiency and experience with Insider Threat Program
Experience serving as CSSO/CPSO
Thorough understanding of security databases such as DISS, NBIS, and NISS
Administer day-to-day security programs: personnel processing, program reviews, document control system, audits & self-inspections, violation investigations & reports, receipt/dispatch/destruction/mail logs, visit certs, etc
Experience creating and conducting initial security briefings, debriefings, indoctrinations, pre/post foreign travel briefings and refresher briefings, as appropriate
Ability to develop and establish an effective security awareness, training, and education program
Minimum 4 years of experience in Industrial Security
Strong communications skills, both oral and written
FSO certification with minimum 4 years of experience as an FSO
Bachelor's degree in Security Administration or related area
Active Top Secret/SCI Security clearance with polygraph
Preferred
CPSO training certificate
COMSEC Custodian certificate or experience
Industrial Security Professional (ISP) Certification
Experience developing and implanting OPSEC plans
Resourceful in solving problem and capitalizing on opportunities
