They are seeking a full-time Land Agent to support a utility-scale solar development project across the state of Michigan, engaging with landowners to negotiate agreements and secure land for renewable energy.

Responsibilities
Engage with landowners to negotiate solar lease and easement agreements
Maintain accurate records of landowner communications and signed documents
Collaborate with project leadership to meet acquisition and site control milestones
Represent our client professionally and respectfully in the community
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in land acquisition for solar or utility projects
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with Michigan's rural markets and landowner landscape
Ability to travel across the state as needed
Must have an active LLC and reliable transportation
Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the U.S
Preferred
