Responsibilities

Test new technology to enhance customer experience
Educate, demonstrate and train hear.com patients on the most effective ways to use and benefit from our devices
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients
Close interaction with the Customer Sales Team
Collect learnings and share your knowledge with the biggest independent network of audiologists

Required

Must be actively licensed in Indiana
Licensed HIS or Audiologist with 1+ year fitting experience
Entrepreneurial mindset and motivation to change the industry
Great empathy, customer oriented, compassion, and enthusiastic
Ability to Multi-task: You're organized and able to work within a team, and have strong leadership habits with the self-discipline to be autonomous
Reliable Network Connectivity: You must be able to hardwire to your home network and your download speed must be above 100Mbps and upload speed above 20Mbps
