Responsibilities

Develop and execute project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and staffing

Lead cross-functional teams in the acquisition of property rights, permitting, and stakeholder coordination for transmission and utility projects

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing consistent updates and progress reporting

Manage contracts, proposals, and change orders to ensure alignment with project objectives and profitability

Monitor project performance metrics, financials, and deliverables using project management tools such as Deltek Vision

Coordinate with sub-consultants, land agents, and document teams to maintain project accuracy and accountability

Required

Bachelor's degree

5+ years of experience managing utility, transmission, or right-of-way projects

Proven understanding of easement acquisition, permitting, and landowner negotiations

Experience working with GIS-based systems and project-tracking tools

Preferred

Preferred Location: Wisconsin or Illinois (open to remote candidates within the region)
