Responsibilities

Develop and execute investment strategies across private credit and alternative investments

Source, evaluate, and recommend investment managers and funds across various alternative asset classes

Conduct rigorous due diligence on investment opportunities and prepare recommendations for approval

Monitor portfolio performance, risks, and reporting for existing LP commitments

Engage with general partners (GPs) through meetings, advisory boards, and relationship management

Provide market insights, benchmarking, and thought leadership on portfolio construction and capital allocation

Communicate investment performance and risks to executive leadership

Mentor junior staff and foster team development

Must be a team player that collaborates effectively within the investment team and other areas of the company, including Investment Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis and Controller’s area

Experience working for a public company preferred, with knowledge of GAAP/STAT accounting

Ability to provide timely and thoughtful responses to external/internal auditors and regulators
