Responsibilities

You will manage promotion project intake, project and task routing, and ensure project deliverables are met on-time

You will design, build, QA, and manage promotions using Talon.one

You will collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to ideate, build, and test new promotion capabilities as well as troubleshoot issues related to promotion logic and integrations

You will build and maintain documentation and how-to guides for promotions, end-to-end marketing processes, and other marketing technology including campaign structures, logic flows, configurations, and campaign calendars

You will help analyze processes and timelines to find opportunities for improvement

You will assist with end-to-end data flows and feed management, as well as ensure uptime and reliability of the data feeds that power our advertising platforms

You will updated on feature updates and best practices across our MarTech stack

Required

3+ years of experience in marketing

Project intake and management experience

Bachelors degree

MarTech Operations Experience

Promotion creation experience

Ability to understand marketing tactics, processes, and technology, how it differs between departments, and effectively communicate these complex concepts between teams and levels within the organization

The ability to identify and resolve project issues, adapt to changing priorities, and manage risks is essential to this role
