Responsibilities

Develop and implement revenue-focused initiatives: Identify and execute on opportunities to increase revenue generation, with particular emphasis on improvements in Sales, Partner Success, SalesOps & Marketing. Rapidly develop an understanding of the business’s context, propose strategic initiatives, design processes to implement and measure those initiatives, and execute them, all in collaboration with colleagues across functions at TheGuarantors
Product growth strategy & management: Evaluate business opportunity of new products and adjustments to existing core products, contribute to product design, creation, and go-to-market, collaborating with colleagues in Product, Sales, Marketing, Risk, and other functions
Partnerships strategy & execution: Manage strategy & execution of existing distribution partnerships. Collaborate with Sales & SalesOps to implement goals, design data infrastructure, and monitor progress. Work with Product Marketing to iterate on value proposition and collateral. Continuously evaluate the ROI to the business and propose adjustments to existing partnerships. Evaluate additional market segments for opportunity to expand partner network, with the chance to own the development and implementation of new distribution strategies
Support & manage Go-to-Market colleagues: Collaborate with more junior members of the GTM team, supporting their development while also leveraging their skillset to contribute to your own workstreams
Communicate with investors: Develop materials for quarterly meetings with the Board of Directors and provide other analyses and updates for Board members
Support fundraising and inorganic growth: Contribute to due diligence processes and inorganic growth initiatives (i.e. M&A, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, etc.)

Required

Minimum 2 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or an equivalent program, with some experience working as an operator in SalesOps, RevOps, GTM, or equivalent function preferred
Strong critical thinking, analytical and quantitative skillset, with superior attention to detail and an ability to put structure around ambiguity
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information effectively for both internal stakeholders and external audiences
Ability to work up, down, and across large organizations; connecting at all levels (i.e., Account Executives to C-Suite)
Exceptional organization and time management skills and a roll up your sleeves mentality with excitement to research and learn what you don't know
Collaborative mindset and excitement to contribute to a high-performing team and organization!

Preferred

Insurance and/or Real Estate industry knowledge
Experience optimizing Sales & Marketing within a B2B2C motion
