They are seeking an experienced Senior Analog Design Manager to lead the development of high-performance, low-power analog and mixed-signal circuits for their next-generation optical interconnect solutions.

Responsibilities
Guide a talented team of engineers
Collaborate closely with cross-functional groups to deliver innovative silicon solutions
Shape cutting-edge technology at the intersection of analog design and photonics
Supervise layout designers and backend verification
Be responsible for a complete chip tapeout
Qualification
Required
Master or PH.D. degree in Electrical Engineering
10 years experience in Analog circuit design from specs to architecture, design, bench testing and all the way to high volume production
Deep understanding of analog, mixed-signal and RF circuit design in deep submicron CMOS technology
Good working experience with advanced analog design platforms
Experience with high speed SERDES
Very comfortable with cadence design tools
Can supervise layout designers and backend verification
Good knowledge of analog and mixed signal verification methodologies
Be responsible for a complete chip tapeout
Preferred
Highly desirable to have experience designing optical transceiver components such as TIA and Laser drivers
