As a Rehabilitation Therapy Technician I, you will support rehabilitation therapists in delivering exceptional patient care, maintain a safe working environment, and facilitate communication among the healthcare team.

Responsibilities
Support therapists’ daily patient care and therapy activities
Facilitate effective communication with patients, families, and caregivers
Collaborate with the healthcare team to maintain patient safety and deliver patient-centered treatment
Prepare and transport patients according to the patient schedule
Communicate to therapists on outcomes/observations of patient care activities
Qualification
Required
Has completed elements required for clinical ladder Rehab Tech I or equivalent training in school or on-the-job training
Preferred
CPR certification preferred (unless hospital policy requires otherwise)
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
