Heritage Cutter is a privately held, US manufacturer of precision cutting tools. The Engineering/Product Development Manager will be responsible for maintaining the company's position of technological and product leadership within the solid carbide, round tool industry and will oversee the engineering and R&D groups while identifying and commercializing new products.

Maintain & solidify leadership position in the round tool market

Identify & capitalize on adjacent product areas

Maintain position as a high-performance, application specific products

Identify, formulate, test & commercialize new products

In charge of the engineering and R&D groups

Interact with Product Management

Provide advanced technical support to sales and customers

Conduct and oversee in-house testing

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

Strong experience in R&D, Tooling Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or where the majority of time was using and deploying industrial cutting tools, with particular emphasis on solid round tools

Strong experience with CAD/CAM software
