The role involves researching, collecting, and analyzing data to assist Relationship Managers with client onboarding, account management, and portfolio maintenance.

Responsibilities
Assist Relationship Managers with client onboarding, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements (BSA/AML, OFAC) are met
Maintain and update client account information, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all systems
Monitor portfolio activity and generate reports on account performance, balances, and operational metrics
Support Portfolio Managers in preparing client reviews, presentations, and internal reporting packages
Coordinate with internal teams (Risk, Compliance, Treasury, Operations) to resolve account-related issues promptly
Analyze client transaction patterns and escalate anomalies or potential risks to appropriate stakeholders
Assist in the development and maintenance of dashboards and trackers for portfolio health and client engagement
Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline onboarding and account maintenance workflows
Qualification
Required
Completion of an Accounting course
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
Strong analytical, conceptual, communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Intermediate experience with data analysis and research with the ability to identify and escalate cases or inquiries to mitigate bank risks
Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite
Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills
Preferred
Knowledge of digital assets, blockchain, or fintech platforms
Intermediate experience with banking applications and systems
