Responsibilities

Lead the migration of the existing Vue.js codebase to React.js while preserving all current functionalities, especially user-based access controls and content visibility

Ensure role-based access remains intact—different users must continue to see different content based on their permissions

Optimize performance, accessibility, and maintainability of the new React-based application

Work closely with product managers, designers, and back-end engineers to define and implement new features and improvements

Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and design discussions to ensure high-quality deliverables

Depending on experience, contribute to back-end services and API design to support front-end functionality

Qualification

Required

Around 3-5 years of professional experience, with a proven ability to work independently and make strategic decisions with minimal guidance

Demonstrated expertise in migrating or developing production-grade applications using React.js

Proven experience migrating or building production-level applications in React.js, React Hooks

Strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and modern front-end tooling (e.g., Webpack, Babel)

Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux or Zustand

Experience implementing role-based access control (RBAC) or similar permission systems

Proficiency with Git and version control workflows

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred

Full-Stack Contributions (Optional): Depending on experience, contribute to back-end services and API design to support front-end functionality
