Client Relationship Specialist
Asset Strategies is seeking a highly organized and proactive Client Relationship Specialist to manage the front desk and daily operations of their Omaha office. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence while collaborating with Financial Advisors and the internal team.

Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for incoming client phone calls and visitors
Ensure smooth daily operations of the Omaha office (e.g., stocking supplies, maintaining workspace readiness)
Manage a high volume of client service requests with professionalism and urgency
Prepare materials for client meetings
Handle account service and maintenance, including:
Data entry and updates in CRM systems
Linking client bank and investment accounts
Updating account information such as beneficiaries
Processing distribution and contribution requests
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of experience in the financial services industry
Strong multitasking abilities - able to switch between tasks and maintain accuracy
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Customer service-oriented and genuinely enjoys client interaction (phone, email, in-person)
Highly organized and capable of prioritizing competing tasks
Proactive and self-motivated with a 'can-do' attitude
Problem solver with a team-first mindset
Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Leadership mindset and a desire to go above and beyond expectations
Preferred
Experience in a Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) firm
