Senior Director, Strategic Alliances & Growth Initiatives

Responsibilities
Identify, negotiate, and secure revenue-generating brand partnerships for 2026, targeting major players in real estate. Lead pursuit of deals where partners pay MoxiWorks directly for user base access, resell their solutions through our channels, or integrate tech for bundled sales, aiming for $500K+ ASP per new alliance
Oversee the rollout of new revenue streams, including early-stage Agent Monetization (e.g., securing brand/franchise agreements to support sales of MoxiPresent and Rise to their agents) and support UK expansion (e.g., identify and secure partnerships that support UK Growth). Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing to integrate partner tech and launch go-to-market strategies, ensuring seamless adoption and upsell
Achieve $2M ARR in new partnership bookings (NLB) through proactive sourcing, deal closure (60-180 day cycles), and revenue model innovation. Simultaneously, optimize revenue from existing partners via expansions, renewals, and performance enhancements, tracking KPIs like adoption rates (20%+), churn (<10%), and ROI (4x+ on investments) using Salesforce for forecasting
Build and mentor cross functional group of stakeholders and work closely with senior leadership across the business. In 2026 the role will be a high level IDC with the anticipation in future years of building a team aligned with the success achieved. Must reduce silos by aligning with CMO for demand gen, VP NA Sales for co-selling, and VP, Agent Experience for agent-focused integrations, Product to ensure alignment to strategy, roadmap commitment and revenue growth, overcommunicating priorities for clarity
Provide insights on real estate trends (e.g., commission pool growth, AI/automation) to inform alliance strategies, benchmarking against SaaS standards for 20% YoY partner revenue growth. Foster a culture of urgency and innovation, per our core values, to adapt to market shifts like limited inventory eras
Conduct due diligence on partnerships, ensuring regulatory alignment (e.g., data privacy for ANZ/UK) and mitigating risks to maintain scalable, healthy growth
Qualification
Required
10+ years in strategic alliances, business development, or growth roles in SaaS/tech, with 5+ years in leadership; real estate/proptech experience preferred, including brand partnership pursuits
Proven track record of hitting $2M+ quotas in partner-generated revenue, with expertise in reseller models, tech integrations, and initiative launches (e.g., market expansions)
Strong strategic and financial acumen, including unit economics optimization (e.g., 5x ROI on team costs) and negotiation skills for high-stakes deals
Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
Exceptional leader with a customer-first mindset, passionate about relentless execution and building high-performing teams
