Responsibilities

Identify, negotiate, and secure revenue-generating brand partnerships for 2026, targeting major players in real estate

Oversee the rollout of new revenue streams, including early-stage Agent Monetization and support UK expansion

Achieve $2M ARR in new partnership bookings through proactive sourcing, deal closure, and revenue model innovation

Build and mentor cross functional group of stakeholders and work closely with senior leadership across the business

Provide insights on real estate trends to inform alliance strategies, benchmarking against SaaS standards for 20% YoY partner revenue growth

Conduct due diligence on partnerships, ensuring regulatory alignment and mitigating risks

Required

Proven track record of hitting $2M+ quotas in partner-generated revenue, with expertise in reseller models, tech integrations, and initiative launches (e.g., market expansions)

Strong strategic and financial acumen, including unit economics optimization (e.g., 5x ROI on team costs) and negotiation skills for high-stakes deals

Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
