Customer Success Manager
adHERE is a performance marketing company specializing in lead generation for higher-education institutions. The Customer Success Manager will focus on building strong partnerships with educational institutions, driving enrollment growth, and improving campaign performance.

Responsibilities
Lead onboarding for new EDU clients or programs, ensuring a seamless transition from Sales
Establish clear goals, timelines, and success metrics with all stakeholders
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned EDU clients, building trust and delivering performance-focused strategic guidance
Build relationships so strong that clients see you as a friend who’s as invested in their success as they are. Be professional, but human as the person they trust when things go right and when they don’t
Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) aligned to client objectives
Maintain deep knowledge of client programs, market position, and enrollment goals
Documentation of all activities in the Hubspot CRM
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across new programs, modalities, geographies, and traffic types
Partner with Sales to expand campaigns and drive additional revenue through tailored recommendations
Guide clients in launching new programs or optimizing underperforming ones
Manage escalations and issue resolution with urgency, transparency, and follow-through
Proactively surface risks to client satisfaction and retention; collaborate cross-functionally to resolve
Capture client feedback and unmet needs to inform product innovation
Participate in testing new EDU offerings, features, or lead types in partnership with product and tech teams
Contribute to revenue forecasting and account planning efforts
Lead renewal strategy discussions and collaborate on pricing or scope changes as needed
Monitor higher ed industry trends and peer activity to help clients stay competitive
Share market insights internally to influence roadmap and media strategy
Work closely with Media, Compliance, Creative, Product, and Analytics teams to ensure alignment
Contribute to department-level OKRs and company growth initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
Proven experience in client success, account management, or related roles, with a track record of exceeding targets and driving client satisfaction
Experience working in a SaaS or technology-driven environment is a plus
Confident relationship builder; comfortable representing adHERE at conferences
Willingness to travel to meet with clients, attend events, and close deals
