Responsibilities
Be a Subject Matter Expert for DoorDash’s integrated offerings and guide partners through new Integration builds
Collaborate closely with Merchants and Integrations partners to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and successful integration onto the DoorDash platform
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to provide guidance and support
Translate complex technical requirements into clear business solutions that align with our partner’s objectives
Work on strategic projects based on Merchant needs to uplevel our product offering and to contribute to our processes and documentation to continuously improve
Qualification
Required
Proven track record of maintaining and enhancing processes
Strong ability to collaborate with external partners to drive successful partnerships
Experience in project and/or program management
Proven success working in cross-functional engineering and operations teams
Experience working in retail ecommerce a plus
3+ years of experience translating technical concepts to business solutions
Demonstrated technical knowledge of integrations, APIs and webhooks
Hands-on working SQL experience to troubleshoot and self-serve
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree required
