Represent innovative companies and their founders throughout their lifecycle (business formation, financing transactions, and mergers and acquisitions)
Advise clients on venture financings, corporate governance, and regulatory strategy relating to AI, Web3, blockchain, crypto, metaverse, and other frontier technologies
Manage internal and external client and counsel relationships
Qualification
Required
Minimum of four years of experience, preferably at a comparable law firm
Experience in advising clients on venture financings, corporate governance, and regulatory strategy relating to AI, Web3, blockchain, crypto, metaverse, and other frontier technologies
Stellar academic credentials and references
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships
CA bar admission is required
