Responsibilities
Designs, fabricates, and repairs dental prosthesis/dental appliances using designated software technology
Reads and understands prescription; constructs prostheses by following doctors’ orders and instructions
Evaluates and modifies designs to ensure correct crown placement and contact/occlusion parameters are within specification
Performs undercut curtain check and removal
Performs crown seating simulation and adjusts design as needed
Follows quality standard protocols
Tests software and hardware; validates or calibrates system or equipment as needed
Assists in various tasks relating to the design process
Uploads files as required
Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior dental work experience or background, a plus
Previous experience working in positions that require hand and finger dexterity, a plus
