Senior Program Manager – Data Center Schedule Project Controls (Nashville, TN or Austin, TX)
Oracle's Data Center Organization is seeking a Senior Program Manager with expertise in project control to join our growing team as we aim to enhance our project management capabilities. The Senior Program Manager will play a critical role in establishing and leading the Project Control function, responsible for monitoring and managing various aspects of data center projects, including cost, schedule, risk, and performance.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain master schedules and project schedules using Primavera, identifying critical paths and milestones
Create short-term execution plans and integrate subcontractor schedules when required
Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timely delivery
Lead cost management, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting
Analyze financial impacts of changes and provide insights to the team
Ensure cost-efficiency and transparency throughout the project lifecycle
Identify and assess construction risks, prioritizing and quantifying potential issues
Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans, ensuring project resilience
Regularly review and update risk management documentation
Manage change requests, performing impact analysis on scope, time, and cost
Facilitate stakeholder communication and approvals, maintaining project traceability
Ensure changes are effectively implemented and documented
Generate Ad-hoc reports as requested by stakeholders
Tailor reports for various stakeholders, providing clear and concise project updates
Qualification
Required
3 to 5+ years of experience in project management and project control
Expertise in project control tools and methodologies
Strong program management skills
Ability to develop and maintain master schedules and project schedules using Primavera
Experience in cost management, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting
Ability to analyze financial impacts of changes
Experience in identifying and assessing construction risks
Ability to develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans
Experience in managing change requests and performing impact analysis on scope, time, and cost
Strong communication skills for stakeholder communication and approvals
Ability to generate ad-hoc reports tailored for various stakeholders
